The various discrete products have been carefully designed to provide customers with the option and flexibility to select the product mix best suited to satisfy their particular business needs whilst leaving open a pathway to expand or change functionality at a later date.

The cornerstone of the product range is the Telmax21 which is a standalone product in its own right but when combined with the Bilmax21 and Convergent21 options is transformed into a fully featured convergent billing solution capable of satisfying carrier grade requirements.

Bilmax21

Bilmax21 is a dynamic web based billing report application accessed from the desktop using Internet Explorer.

Sophisticated drilldown and filtering features allow for in-depth analysis to be conducted to identify areas of potential cost saving and optimisation of network resources.

The reports are specifically designed to give cost centre managers, easy and direct access to detailed information pertaining to the costs and usage incurred in their area of responsibility, allowing them to make informed decisions on reducing costs and improving work processes.  

Convergent21

Convergent21 as the name suggests is an application that brings together all the billing input data from suppliers that you wish to cost recover or on bill to customers. During the import process a series of tests and checks can be conducted aimed at validating the supplier data, thus ensuring integrity and accuracy of both payments to suppliers and cost recovery from users and customers.

In addition to identifying any incorrect charging by suppliers it can also split costs between users, apply administration fees and let you mark-up or discount the charges you wish to apply to individual users or customers.

The importing process can be manual or automated depending on what method the supplier uses to provide the data.  

Directory21

Directory21 is a simple to use but very fast and scalable desktop directory application. It can be used either integrated with the Telmax21 and Bilmax21 or as a standalone application using Excel as its data source.

The screen layouts and aesthetics can be tailored to meet the corporate standard and different views can be configured which restricts the information available to users possibly for security reasons.

Picture files can be attached to an entry and links to the other files and applications such as email are only a mouse click or keystroke away.

Support21

Trans-Mit has always placed great value on providing high quality post sales product support to ensure that systems are utilised to their full potential. Working closely with clients we are able to help identify areas of savings and adapt the system to best suit their business and keep the system running smoothly. We offer a range of support options designed to best compliment a client’s in-house resources. With remote access to the system we are able to monitor the critical processes as well as receiving electronic notification in the event of failure.  

Traffic21

Due for release later this year the Traffic21 will replace the existing range of static reports used for network analysis, dimensioning and fault tracking with reports similar in style to the Bilmax21 with dynamic drilldown and filtering features.  

Admin21

The day to day administration of a multi-functional system such as the Telmax21 is vital to ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the reports and information produced by the system. The sophisticated programs used to administrate the system along with the ability to automate manual updating processes significantly increases the efficiency and accuracy and decreases the resources needed to maintain and administrate the system. 

Bureau21

It may in some circumstances be more convenient for clients to outsource their billing and related service operations to a specialist with proven expertise. The Bureau21 is a service offered by Trans-Mit to accommodate such situations. Working closely with the client to establish the business rules and reporting requirements they wish to adopt Trans-Mit staff take responsibility for the day to day administration of the system freeing the clients internal resources.
